Beds are vacuum sealed and shipped to you in our branded boxes. When you receive your Luxe Pet Bed you will need to unbox and remove it from the vacuum seal packaging. It will take a couple of minutes for the bed pieces to return to their original shape. After they have returned to their original shape you will need to place them inside of the Boucle cover. Please see video for instructions of how to construct your bed.

• Remove Boucle Cover from memory foam prior to washing
• Machine wash separately
• Use mild detergent only
• Gentle cold cycle wash only
• Line dry only
• For Waterproof Cover, DO NOT wash, only wipe down with soapy water and towel dry
• DO NOT bleach
• DO NOT tumble dry
• DO NOT iron
• DO NOT wash inner memory foam
