PETS POINT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
TO WHERE DOES PETS POINT DELIVER?
We deliver Australia-wide including most of the far-out places! If you live in regional Australia, be sure to update your delivery schedule or frequency to allow time for your order to reach you. In doing so, you’ll never have to worry about running out of food.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Delivery is completely free Australia-wide for all orders above $149. However, for orders less than $150, a delivery charge will incur as follows:
• Metro & Regional - $15
• Rural - $20
• Outback - $25
PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
With Australia Post, we deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers all over Australia.
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to pick and pack your orders on the same business day if we receive them before 11am. This ensures a same day dispatch. For orders that are not shipped out on that day, they certainly will be out the following day!
Our delivery partners will then deliver straight to your door, but delays do occur sometimes.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING A DELIVERY
You can cancel or reschedule your upcoming delivery so providing it hasn’t been processed. We recommend making changes at least 12 - 24 hours before.
DELIVERY NOTIFICATION
We will keep you in the loop as much as we can. You will receive a notification e-mail about your upcoming order 24 – 48 hours prior to it being processed. After your order has been processed, packed and shipped, you’ll receive another e-mail about your order being on its way!
When your parcel is with our delivery partners, we are limited to the real-time updates they provide. When your order is on its way, you should be able to track it through the tracking number or link provided.
